Your account

You must be at least 13 to use dscvr. You're responsible for your account and credentials. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your profile, videos, reviews, check-ins, and media.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give dscvr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content inside the service: feeds, place pages, search. Delete a post and the license for it ends; delete your account and it all ends.

Zero tolerance

No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or deceptive content. No fake reviews, spam, or impersonation. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that cross the line, without prior notice. Every video can be reported and every user can be blocked from inside the app.

Purchases

Event tickets are processed by Stripe. Prices and fees are shown at checkout. dscvr isn't the organizer of third-party events and isn't responsible for their delivery or quality. Refund questions: support@dscvrapp.co.

Places & recommendations

Venue info comes from third-party sources and the community. It can be wrong or stale, so confirm hours, prices, and availability with the venue before you go.

Disclaimers

dscvr is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as dscvr evolves. Material changes get an in-app notice; continuing to use dscvr after they take effect means you accept them.
